Vos principales missions
Activities : Sales / Marketing / Public Relations / Organization of events
Duration : January 8, 2024 to July 8, 2024 (6 months, flexible)
Location : Paris (+ 3/4 days in Deauville during the festival dates)
Remuneration : €4.05/hour

Description : Within a young and international team, you will work on the development of sales and marketing during the 13th edition of the Deauville Green Awards, the international responsible film festival.
Your main missions will be:
- Telephone sales campaign until April.
- You will actively call production companies, filmmakers, NGOs, companies and French public institutions (working in areas of ecology or social responsibility) to encourage them to submit their films to the competition.
Other missions :
PR & Communication: several possible missions under the supervision of our director of communication: community management, press relations, copywriting, SEO, SEA, graphics (Canva or Adobe), video editing, web marketing (newsletter & database) etc.
Production of the event: attend the Festival in Paris and Deauville (hotel and transport supported). Assistance in the preparation of competitions ancillary to the official competition.

Required profile :
- Very comfortable on the phone and excellent telephone sales skills.
- Rigorous, proactive and organized. Great autonomy, able to work alone and in team.
- Impeccable French, good level of English.

About the festival :
Deauville Green Awards is the international film festival for sustainable development and ecology, which rewards the best players in the audiovisual production industry on sustainable development and CSR.
The competition includes 15 categories and 3 competitions - Documentaries / Information films / Spots - and brings together the best of the international audiovisual industry.
The 13th edition will take place in June 2023.
