SaaS Product Manager – Internship (Remote)
Fascinated with the idea of translating a business problem into a solution? Join us at Checkout Master where we make a business problem-solving feature a reality.
The management team at Checkout Master is looking for a SaaS Product Manager Intern to help development teams with app development and long-term maintenance. You will work very closely with General Managers, Project Manager, Tech team, to better understand customers’ pain points so that we can improve their user experience and solve their problems.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with management and tech teams to coordinate development of new app features and future versions of the app.
· Test app features.
· Collect market data, user feedback, product tests and other key information to develop product insights and deep understanding of our customer needs.
· Learn about competing products and features.
· Participate in developing a product roadmap and keep the team on track during product development.
· Communicate user feedback to the rest of the team to create new features to fix existing customer problems.
· Help customers set up the software once they’ve made the purchase.
· Participate in brainstorming new ideas for SaaS development.
You should apply if:
· You have a collaborative approach and ability to work with distributed, cross -functional teams.
· You are comfortable interacting with tech teams.
· You have a background or interest in SaaS or app development.
· You can explain complex ideas simply.
· You are familiar with eCommerce as well as Shopify and WooCommerce platforms.
· You can analyze data to inform decision making.
· You are a doer as well as a strategist. We are small and need all hands on deck.
Qualifications:
· Undergraduate or Master level student.
· English as a must, French as a plus.
· Full time position, 6 months, starting asap.
